Reduced Volume Glass Vial Kits For Full Automation

During early discovery phase of the drug development lifecycle, making the racemate itself can be difficult and expensive. As a result, very little racemate can be made available to identify the chiral separation process. ChiroSolve understands this constraint and has addressed it by designing Reduced volume Glass Vial Kits.

These kits require only 0.5 mmol of racemate (about 0.15 gm) per plate, 30 times less volume than the standard screen kits. Furthermore, our glass vials have flat bottom and are compatible with any HPLC/UPLC system. As a result, they can be automatically fed for analysis (if the UPLC system has that capability).

As a result, this solution enables the companies to study library of molecules in parallel through a seamlessly integrated method that offers results within days. Constant experimental environment allows very accurate comparison of results; and eventually very optimum separation process.
